Our Stonebarn Truffle Pancake recipe below makes the perfect truffle breakfast, brunch, or dessert. It’s gluten free, dairy free, low-carb and it’s so easy you can get the kids involved!

Ingredients:
- 1 Egg
- 3 Tablespoons Almond Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Stonebarn Truffle Mayonnaise
- ¼ Teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Water
- Butter for frying
Optional – for extra truffleness!
Instructions:
Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Grease pan with butter. Combine and mix all the ingredients in a cup, then pour into frying pan. Flip the pancake when the underside has cooked. Cook for a further 1-2 minutes or until cooked through. Transfer to a plate. If you want to add even more truffle flavour, melt some Stonebarn Truffle Butter on your pancake and drizzle with Stonebarn Truffle Honey.
