Total Time: 25 minutes
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 ball fresh burrata
- 1-2 tsp Stonebarn Black Truffle Honey
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
- Chilli flakes (optional, for a little kick)
- Crusty bread or crostini, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Place tomatoes in a small oven dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Roast for 15-20 minutes, until soft and slightly blistered.
- While the tomatoes are roasting, place the burrata ball in a shallow serving bowl or plate. Gently tear it open so the creamy centre spills out slightly.
- When the tomatoes are roasted and ready, spoon them around the burrata. Drizzle generously with Stonbarn Balck Truffle Honey. For garnish, sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and (optional) chilli flakes to make it extra spicy.
- Serve immediately with warm crusty bread, crostini, or crackers for dipping.
