Ingredients:
8 chicken thighs
¼ cup Stonebarn Black Truffle Honey
¼ cup Stonebarn Black Truffle Mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1½ tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
1½ tsp finely chopped fresh thyme
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the truffle honey, truffle mustard, minced garlic, olive oil, rosemary, thyme, salt and pepper to form a rich glaze.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up, and pour the glaze evenly over them, using a spoon or brush to coat each piece well.
- Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until the chicken is golden, caramelised and cooked through, basting once or twice during baking for extra flavour and gloss.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
