Creamy Spicy Prawns🦐 Take your prawns to the ne Creamy Spicy Prawns🦐 Take your prawns to the next level with this recipe😍 It's super easy to make and has so much flavour! Don't forget the crusty bread to mop up all that sauce! Here is the recipe by @cookingwithchanel_sa Ingredients 1kg Queen prawns, deveined 3Tbsp salted butter 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 4 cloves garlic, minced 1/2 bottle Stonebarn Black Truffle Chilli Sauce 250ml fresh cream Salt and black pepper to taste Handful of fresh coriander chopped This is best served with toasted ciabatta or even fresh white basmati rice. ABT - Always be tasting to ensure it's perfectly seasoned. If you don:t know what a truffle is, it's a type of fungus known for its umami flavour. Black truffle is expensive because it's rare! If you are going to marinade your prawns, remember to avoid lemon or anything acidic to avoid overcooking your prawns. This whipped feta with Black Truffle Tapenade & olives is a delicious and sophisticated appetizer that is perfect for sharing. Enjoy the creamy texture and bold flavours! See the recipe below 👇 100g soft ricotta 100g feta 80ml (1/3 cup) Greek yoghurt 30ml (2 tablespoons) olive oil 30ml (2 tablespoons) water Zest of half a lemon 10ml (2 teaspoons) lemon juice Freshly ground black pepper Black Truffle Tapenade Pesto 10ml Stonebarn Truffle Tapenade 30ml extra virgin olive oil 70g black Kalamata olives pitted Basil sprigs to finish For the whipped feta, place the ricotta, feta and yoghurt in a blender. Blitz until smooth. Scrape down the sides, then add olive oil, water, lemon, lemon juice and lemon zest. Blitz once more until well combined. Mix in the black pepper. In a small bowl, combine the Stonebarn Truffle Tapenade, basil pesto and olive oil. To serve, spread the whipped feta on a serving plate. Spoon the Stonebarn Truffle Tapenade over and swirl through. Scatter over the olives and finish with basil sprigs. Offer with buttered crostini or freshly crusted bread.
